How long are you open?
We deliver baby products 24 hours. Our customer service hours are 6am-8pm.

Do you have a minimum purchase? 

Yes, our minimum purchase is $35 and shipping is FREE if you spend $45 or more! If you try to purchase for less than the required minimum an error message will state "The items in your cart cannot be shipped to your country or state. Please select another shipping address" please note that this is only because the minimum purchase amount of 35.00 has not been met.

How much is your delivery fee?
Our delivery fee is 6.95 and is not included as a tip for the driver. 

How do I schedule my delivery? 

Click on the button in the right hand corner titled "schedule my delivery". Choose the date & time you desire, fill out the information and you will receive a confirmation email! your scheduled time wont be confirmed until after your order is completed. Please note your scheduled delivery wont be confirmed until after your order is completed, Be sure to enter in the same information on the checkout page to confirm your order! When can I expect my delivery?
Your order is processed immediately after being placed. Items are delivered ASAP (usually 30-90 min) or if you request delivery at a scheduled time.  Once your order is placed you will be receive an email called Track Your Order allowing you to track your delivery while its on its way!

What is no-Contact delivery?
Baby Necessities will deliver the items, and leave them on your porch, or a specified location. We will update you as we are getting closer to your specified delivery location.



I don’t see the products I’m looking for, what can I do?
If you don’t see what you are looking for, please send a request so we can stock the items you need.

 

Do I Need To Be Home To Receive My Order?
To ensure you receive your products it is preferred that someone is present upon delivery. Even though we have a no-contact delivery option, if you do not want items left on your porch, please schedule at a time when you will be home. 

Baby Necessities will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen items.



I Have an Emergency and need to cancel my order, what should I do?
If there is an emergency please call us and let us know to postpone your delivery. The call must be done within 10 min of order being placed. If Baby Necessities doesn't receive a call or request to cancel order within 10 min, of order being placed you will be charged a delivery fee of 6.95. 



Where are all the places you deliver?
We currently deliver in San Antonio, Cibolo, Schertz, New Braunfels, Universal City, Leon Valley, and Helotes, Texas . 

If you live outside of this area you must have a minimum order of $100 and delivery time may be increased. Please Call 210-778-7489 for any further questions.



I would like to order, for someone else what information should I provide?
If you are ordering for someone else, please provide their phone number and address, so we can update them on status of delivery and when items have arrived.

 
I Would Like To Order Diapers To My Child's Daycare, How Do I Do That?
In the delivery instructions of the check out page, please include teacher’s name, child's name,  daycare name, phone number, & address to the daycare.

 
 What form of payments do you take? 
Baby Necessities, only accepts payments online. All Major Credit Cards Are Accepted. We do not take cash.  Drivers accept tips



 I made a mistake on my order, and would like to update it, How do I do that?
Please call 210-778-7489; to update the order with the products you would like to add or remove 


What are you doing to help prevent the spread of COVID-19?
Baby Necessities has added steps to help prevent the spread of the Coronavirus. In accordance with the guidance to prevent the spread of Covid-19. We have put precautions into place, for the safety of the community. 

Our Safety Protocols


A. Delivery drivers are tested before every delivery. 

B. The external surfaces of both the products, and containers are wiped with disinfectant

C. Delivery drivers nose and mouth will be covered

D. Delivery drivers will wear gloves and will leave the products on the porch 

E. Delivery driver will notify the customer when they are approximately 5-15 minutes before arrival

F. Delivery driver will notify the customer from the vehicle after the products have been left on the porch

G. In regards to apartments delivery drivers will notify customer that items have arrived
