Order Cancellations

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled. 

Please call 210-778-7489 to cancel an order. If order is not cancelled within 10 min. will be charged deliver fee


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, call 210-778-7489 or e-mail [email protected] within 7 days of purchase.

In an event of a return we will pick up items from the same location items were delivered. Items need to be in original condition. 

 Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item within 7 days of delivery ( Day 1 begins the following day after delivery i.e. delivery arrives Tuesday, Wednesday is Day 1). After we receive a valid return, we will refund the full cost of the item purchased. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: [discounted or sale items, gift cards, personalized items, perishable goods such as food, sanitary goods. These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

The return will be refunded to the same method of payment used at the time of purchase. Refunds could take between 7-14 business days, excluding holidays. 

 Delivery Fee's Are Non-Refundable And Not Subject To A Refund.
